Frogs and Foragers Harmonize at Frog Song ~ Year Two!

Permaculture and architectural garden inspiration was found once more at the exceptional local treasure, Frog Song Farm and Gardens. We share our heart-felt thanks to our hosts Sandy and Di Scott for welcoming us for a visit in our second year.

Students immersed their senses in exploring the plant diversity and unique features of the garden (hoop house, orchard, sculptural recycled art installations, delicate water features, chicken coop and grassy meadow). A particular highlight, helping Sandy to collect the blue-green eggs from her muralized hen house, opening the miniature door, oops! Speckled Henny is still laying ~ shhh, do not disturb!

We are fortunate to have the opportunity to return to these special natural places in our community and look forward to future visits in the years to come!
